Yamaha has released its latest creation fx Nytro and of course is MCX developing a turbokit!

The dyno test show  230+ horsepower and this at summer temperatures ( +25C ), the engine perform excellent! And show that with turbo we can produce more power than the standard engine at low 5000 rpm.

The development and testing of the kit is done, The Snow tests has been done  and show excellent results.

Thit Turbokit is the most robust and well tested kit we ever produced! This kit has more "snowtime" than any other kit when it goes to production says Erik Marklund owner of MCX.

The Nytro platform is one of the best snowmobiles ever build for turbo conversion, the deep chassie and the engine is almost to good to be true!

The placement of the turbo is exactly right for most performance and throttle response, we also have enough space to use a snow cooled pre-cooler that gives even more power and ensure that we can use more boost for high performance.

The performance is equal to the Apex turbo with 260 Hp due to lower weight, Sometimes the Nytro is faster and sometimes the Apex is (in our tests), often depending upon grip in the start. The track seems to give excelent grip even in water (picture above) when hitting the throttle in water the Nytro is raising the front and rocket off like a canonball....
